Dr. Ortiz Roger provides superior quality personalized dental care services to his patients through his state of the art clinic at El Paso. He is assisted by his sons who are also dentists by profession. A graduate of Biology from the Texas Western College, he secured his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas-Dental Branch Houston.

He is actively associated with many reputed organizations such as the American Dental Association, the El Paso District Dental Society, American College of Dentist, Seattle Study Club-El Paso Chapter, the Sierra-Providence Hospitals and the Texas Dental Association.
