As I fly between Canada and the United States quite often, I have flown on Air Canada a few times. The fares are usually quite reasonable, but just like with any other airline, will vary depending on the season, how early you book what your destination is. The seats were quite comfortable and the on board service in business class was quite good. Yes, there are sometimes delays and line-ups at boarding time, however this is not always the fault of the airline. If you are an Aeroplan member, you can use your membership card to use the self-check in kiosks which are available at certain airports.
