Pools was done in October 2010 and 2 months later foundation is falling and grout and tile started cracking. We called him (Ken Poe) several times to come fix it. He said he would come by to fix it but never did. It is now June and he stopped calling us. Ken Poe was paid in full (in CASH). I will be calling the IRS and better business bureau. I have pictures and records of our text, emails and phone calls. He is not one you can trust. Make sure you have everything written down on the contract from electrical covers and wires to how many plants- He is sneaky and will say "it's not in the contract" even if he did a handshake deal. In my opinion His word is dog poop!
BE CAREFUL if you work with Ken Poe of Garocco Pools.
