French Pastries and Cuisine at its Best
Located in the heart of Old Colorado City on West Colorado Avenue, the La Baguette bakery has the best French pastries and breads in the area. Their raisin-pecan bread is perfect for breakfast or for creating impressive gourmet sandwiches. Their cream cheese-filled pastries melt in one’s mouth and their strawberry tarts are divine. It’s no surprise that both locals and tourists flock to the La Baguette bakery and restaurant, and even if they’ve just enjoyed a large lunch, they leave with a white bag full of treats for later. Stopping at the La Baguette for breakfast or lunch is always a treat. Their homemade soups, croissants and breads make guests feel like they just took a detour to Paris. In true French style, the La Baguette offers a great wine selection as well as a wide selection of teas, coffees and cold drinks. The La Baguette also has a booth at some of the local Farmer’s Markets for those who can’t make it to the store or want to ensure that they have enough pecan-raisin bread in their homes.
